Our middle school students learned a lot about social media use, protecting personal information, internet strangers, inappropriate online activity, seeking out trusted adults, and so much more!

As a reminder, the first day of school for grades 1-8 is Wednesday, August 27. The first day for RISE, PreK, and kindergarten is Thursday, August 28. Looking forward to another fantastic year of curiosity, creativity, and connection!

Calling all Soccer Eagles — an opportunity for some pre-season scrimmages for any CDS middle school student. Please reach out to Coach Benny, or Mrs. Pelkey, and follow the Orrington Boys/Girls Middle School Soccer facebook page, for more information.

Middle School Fall Sports Announcement: Soccer Tryouts and Cross Country Practice will begin Tuesday, September 2nd. More details on times and dates will be posted next week. Please register your student athlete for Soccer or Cross Country using the QR Code below.

Through Center Drive School's partnership with Brewer School Department's PCHC School Based Health, CDS middle school student athletes are welcome to take part in the Sports Physical Clinic held at Brewer High School on August 6, 12, & 13. Please call 207-992-2393 for more information. Student athletes at Center Drive School are required to have a sports physical every two years. You can use the Sports Participation form found on our website at https://sports.cdsedu.org/forms as documentation of your visit.

AOS #47 The Orrington School Department This message is being sent on behalf of the Orrington Fire Department. They will be open from 9-5 a.m. at 271 Center Drive with a cool room and water available for any residents who need a cooling station. Please call the station at 825-3530 with any questions.
